DC STEM Collaborative

CASE collaborates with local university research scientists to provide support and professional development to Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate Biology teachers in DC public and charter schools. As part of the program, scientists visit classrooms, and teachers visit the research laboratories (at times, with their students). At quarterly meetings, AP and IB teachers come together to plan and discuss specific topics currently taught in the classroom with university faculty who share their latest research findings.

Please contact us if you are a teacher or university faculty member interested in becoming part of this collaborative.
